Version 4.90:
First install the ECAT_DownLoadLy.iR.exe file and then the E20II file 4.90_DownLoadLy.iR.exe. The program executable file – HAP49.exe – is available in the default path C:  E20-II  HAP49  CODE.
Version 4.51:
To install this software first install the X Builder software from the block load software folder. Note that there are two files in the folder where you need to install a 1MB file. Then go to the HAP folder and install the E-CAT E20-II Configuration Services 2.14 software and then from the HAP folder 4.5 first download the hap 4.50_Downloadly.ir.exe file and then install the hap 4.51_Downloadly.ir.exe file. . Finally run the hap45.exe file from path C:  E20-II  HAP45  CODE.
Both versions have been installed and successfully run on Windows 10 64 bit on October 23, 96.
